Leadership Development

Visit RRD On Campus to explore the Leadership Development Program thoroughly. RR Donnelley operating companies hire recent college graduates with a passion and drive to learn business management. Over a process that generally takes two years, Associate Candidates experience a series of production rotations before indicating a preference for one of four Career Tracks: Sales, Accounting, Operations, Technology. Graduates of the program then move into sales, operations or management positions.

PCA has a great Associate Program. Graduates have become Operating Company President, Controller, Vice President / Operations, Vice President / Strategic Programs, and Technology Services & Solutions Group Regional Manager. Candidates are here at PCA in varying roles appropriate to their graduate or candidate status. Program participants acknowledge having developed leadership characteristics and competencies here precisely because of our Management Team’s involvement in hiring and mentoring. PCA is eager to employ individuals who are committed to working together towards our goals.
